VPX Coco Fit Review:

vpx cocofit As explained on their website, “Coco Fit is an exciting new rehydration drink that is revolutionizing the world of sports beverages. With its unique adaptation of one of the world’s oldest and most natural and proven rehydration fluids, Coco Fit combines all natural and refreshing coconut water vitamin D, healthy Omega 3 fats, and anti-oxidant rich natural flavorings to bring you what researchers would have to consider is the world’s first all natural and healthiest rehydration sports drink.”

By their own admission, VPX Coco Fit is more of a rehydrating sports drink than it is a weight loss aid. If taken in lieu of a meal then it may help you lose weight, but if you’re just drinking it instead of Gatorade or whatever then don’t expect to see significant weight loss. Some people tend to associate “healthy” with “weight loss.” Just because it has healthy ingredients doesn’t mean it will enhance your mood, reduce anxiety, prevent hair loss, or burn fat.

Ingredients in VPX Coco Fit:

The ingredients in VPX Coco Fit include the following: Purified Water, Proprietary Antioxidant Matrix (Coconut Juice Concentrate, Mangosteen Juice Concentrate, Ascorbic Acid), Natural Flavors, Natural Colors, Phosphoric Acid, Potassium Sorbate, Malic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Omega-3 Essential Fatty Acids, Cholecalciferol Vitamin D3, Stevia.

The big difference between your average sports drink and VPX Coco Fit is coconut juice, omega-3’s, and vitamin D3. These ingredients are good for you and provide many essential nutrients, but they don’t have a lot to do with weight loss.

Let’s talk briefly about coconut water/juice. Coconut water is very high in potassium and it has even been used in some third world countries as an intravenous hydration fluid when saline solution is unavailable. It is a very useful solution for sports and medicine. But, serious athletes who undergo intense training and exercise need more than just electrolytes. They need protein and other nutrients not present in VPX Coco Fit or most other sports drinks. So if VPX Coco Fit wants to market to the “serious athlete” then they need to add a protein drink to their line up. If you’re just an amateur athlete then coconut water could be fantastic for you… less sugar and lots of nutrients.

Does VPX Coco Fit Offer a Money Back Guarantee?

No. All sales are final.

Final Thoughts:

A 12 pack of VPX Coco Fit costs $35.88. That’s a big chunk more than a 12-pack of Powerade would cost. Is it worth it then? If you exercise a lot and you want a healthier alternative to the many sports drinks then I would say go for it. If you’re hoping to lose weight by drinking it then you need to wake up. It is not a thermogenic fat burner. The only way you’ll lose weight with VPX Coco Fit is if you drink a bottle in place of a meal…and even then it may not help much. It’s healthy, but don’t buy it expecting to lose weight.
