By most accounts the Jillian Michaels 14-day Burn and Cleanse is just another cleanse.  The difference, of course, is that a famous trainer named Jillian Michaels fronts it.  I guess she was on the reality show “Biggest Loser.” I’m not a big reality TV watcher so I hadn’t heard of her until I was doing this review.

How does Jillian Michaels 14-day Burn and Cleanse work?

The process is similar in scheme to other such products.  For the first 7 days or so, the dieter will take the cleanse portion of the product.  This is taken in hopes of flushing from the body all the harmful chemicals it has accumulated over the years. A good cleanse can flush out several pounds.  After the 7 days conclude, the dieter is supposed to take a combination of the probiotic and fat burner for the next 7 days.  At the end of the process the dieter will have lost weight.

It’s relatively new, so it’s real hard to gauge how effective it will be.  I couldn’t find an ingredient profile so again; I don’t know exactly what’s going into the product so it would be hard for me to give it an accurate review.  But based on what I’ve seen there’s nothing spectacular about the product.
